University Business Intelligence (UBI) / University of Virginia

I led creative strategy, visual identity development, and communications for UVA’s $13M University Business Intelligence initiative, a University-wide effort to modernize financial reporting and create a single trusted source of institutional data. I developed the initiative’s brand identity and communications framework, helping translate complex reporting, data integration, and dashboard implementation into clear, accessible messaging for leadership and stakeholders across the University. The work supported adoption of a new reporting model, strengthened transparency and stewardship, and reduced the need for outside agency support.
