I led the transition of UVA’s Annual and Quarterly Financial Reports from an externally produced, agency-led process to a fully in-house creative system, restoring creative governance directly to the Finance division. I established an evergreen design framework, established data visualization standards, and directed the visual and narrative structure of the University’s primary enterprise financial documents - used by executive leadership, the Board of Visitors, and across the academic community. This shift reduced production timelines by months, generated sustained high five-figure annual savings across reporting cycles, and repositioned financial reporting from outsourced deliverable to institutional infrastructure.
